This document serves as a binding agreement between Message.Plane Auto Transport (“Company”) and you (“User”), detailing the terms for using our cloud-based services/products. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Terms and Conditions

Duration: Starts upon service/product access and auto-renews annually unless terminated by either party.

Company Responsibilities: Provides software/product access and support during business hours. A primary contact for inquiries will be designated by you.

Access Code: Delivered within 7 business days post-order and payment, granting service access.

User Information: Essential details like name, address, and product/system info will be collected and possibly shared with affiliated dealers for internal business uses.

Payment Details: Credit card information may be required for subscription services.

Disclosure: User consent for the company to use their name/project in marketing materials.

Data Collection: Additional device and service interaction data may be collected for service improvement and analysis.

Termination: The company can end the agreement if terms are breached, with a notice period for correction. Post-termination, all service/product use must cease.

Rights: All materials are company property. Users are granted a non-commercial, personal use license.

Privacy: User data is used for improving services and communication, not sold to third parties. Privacy policy updates will be posted online.

Liabilities and Warranties: The company provides services “as-is” without warranties. Liability for losses/damages is limited.

Usage Restrictions: Users must not misuse the service or attempt to access its source code.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be settled via arbitration.

Updates: The company can modify service content without notice. Users are responsible for staying informed about changes.

Legal: Invalid terms do not affect the rest of the agreement.

Complete Agreement: This document fully outlines the agreement between user and company.

Notices: Written and sent through specified channels.

Jurisdiction: Governed by New York law. Users waive jury trial rights.

Legal Costs: The company can recover costs for enforcing this agreement.

Acknowledgement: By subscribing, users confirm their understanding and agreement to these terms.
